The project features a series of lightweight structures that can be easily assembled and disassembled, facilitating their transport by yacht. Each unit of the complex is transported to the owner’s chosen destination, allowing for the creation of a temporary, luxurious retreat on various beaches.

The floor plan is inspired by traditional Arabic architecture, incorporating elements such as arches, internal courtyards, and rich decorations, which offer a sense of authenticity and luxurious comfort. The lightweight structures are designed to blend functionality with aesthetics, ensuring a harmonious and opulent seaside living experience.
