The project is located in a quiet neighborhood in the northern suburbs, on a long, narrow plot with a narrow frontage on the road and a depth of 70 meters. The large sides border undeveloped plots, particularly to the northwest, where the open horizon and the view connect with a park. The 6-meter elevation difference between the plot and the road was utilized to develop the ground floor on two levels.
The building gradually shifts its center of gravity backward, mirroring the natural slope of the land to integrate smoothly into the built environment. This shift creates the impression of a lower building near the road, which gradually reveals itself as one moves through the neighborhood.
The complex consists of six apartments, each ranging from 200 to 300 square meters, spread over one or two levels. A key design principle was the distinct design and identity of each apartment, avoiding the typical floor plan arrangement.
Special emphasis was placed on enhancing the privacy of the apartments, where a combination of wooden panels and planting on terraces and rooftops serves as a filter for the residences.
